Many legacy USB Audio Devices are no longer compatible to modern computers. Ploytec Revival is a USB2.0 highspeed to USB2.0 highspeed converter, getting such devices back to work on current iOS, Mac OS and Windows.
This first version supports Allen & Heath WIZ4, XONE:2D, XONE:4D, XONE:DB2, XONE:DB4, XONE:DX and the Smyth Research A16 Realiser.
Here's the Kickstarter project page.
There's a switch for the USB vendor and product ID. Default is "Unique ID", which will assign Revival's own USB product ID.
If you switch to "Original ID", the USB ID of the connected device (e.g. XONE:4D) will be mirrored. This can be useful for using software that came bundled to the hardware and checks the hardware's device ID. Don't use it if drivers for the original device are installed on your computer, as this can cause crashing.

For simplicity, Revival always shows up as a 10in / 10out device, except for if connected to A&H WIZ4 it's 16in / 2out, and if connected to Smyth Research A16 Realiser it's 2in / 16out.
The OC LED (overcurrent) tells you too much power is used on the USB device plug. This shouldn't happen as all the currently supported devices don't need any USB power.
